You may need to restart the LobbyTrac (now Smart Access Management or SAM) tablet if there is a frozen program, required updates, or if you have recently installed a new driver or software.

For remote support, connect to TeamViewer where you will be given your ID and a unique password. This will connect you with a member from the support team.

If you require remote support and TeamViewer is unavailable, use Windows 10 Quick assist to connect with a member from the support team.

Visitor risk notifications provide you with an alert when a visitor has an elevated temperature or has not complied with your local health and safety requirements.
