If errors RA00, RA01, RA02, RA000, RA09 , DL00, DL01 and the message Loading Current Rate and Device Information appear and the device will not print, update your postage balance, reboot your device, and download any software updates.

Issue
The errors RA00, RA01, RA02, RA000, RA09 , DL00, DL01 and the message Loading Current Rate and Device Information appear and the device will not print.
Cause
The device base is not able to initialize the rates manager, or the device is not linking to the Pitney Bowes infrastructure.
Resolution
- Tap Envelope Printing.
- Tap Connect.
- The device will connect and then download and install any available software updates.
