Testing the printer in LobbyTrac (now Smart Access Management or SAM)

Products affected: LobbyTrac™, Smart Access Management™ (SAM)

Watch this video or follow the steps below to learn how to test the printer.

  1. First, close the registration screen.
  2. On the Windows desktop, select the Devices and Printers icon.
  3. Locate the specific printer you’re using and double click on the icon.
  4. Go to Printer > Properties and click the Print Test Page button.
  5. A test page will be printed.
  6. Click Close.
