Connecting via Windows 10 Quick Assist if TeamViewer is not available in LobbyTrac
If you require remote support and TeamViewer is unavaiiable, use Windows 10 Quick assist to connect with a member from the support team.

Watch this video or follow the steps below to learn how to connect via Windows 10 Quick Assist if TeamViewer is not available.
- Close the registration screen.
- Click the Windows start icon, type Quick Assist in the search bar and select it from the options displayed.
- Once open, you will be provided with a unique code from your support person. Type this code into the Code from assistant box and click Share screen.
- Choose Allow to give access to the help desk.
