Connecting via Windows 10 Quick Assist if TeamViewer is not available in LobbyTrac (now Smart Access Management or SAM)

If you require remote support and TeamViewer is unavailable, use Windows 10 Quick assist to connect with a member from the support team.
Products affected: LobbyTrac™, Smart Access Management™ (SAM)

Watch this video or follow the steps below to learn how to connect via Windows 10 Quick Assist if TeamViewer is not available.

  1. Close the registration screen.
  2. Click the Windows start icon, type Quick Assist in the search bar and select it from the options displayed.
  3. Once open, you will be provided with a unique code from your support person. Type this code into the Code from assistant box and click Share screen.
  4. Choose Allow to give access to the help desk.
