Connecting to TeamViewer for remote support in LobbyTrac (now Smart Access Management or SAM)

For remote support, connect to TeamViewer where you will be given your ID and a unique password. This will connect you with a member from the support team.

Watch this video or follow the steps below to learn how to connect to TeamViewer for remote support.

  1. Close the registration screen.
  2. From the desktop, double-click the Team Viewer icon to open the program.
  3. When speaking with support, provide the ID shown on the screen and the unique password for the current session.
