Calibrating the touchscreen on the Connect+ Series, SendPro P
Learn how to calibrate the touchscreen on the Connect+ 500W, Connect+ 1000, Connect+ 2000, Connect+ 3000, SendPro P1000, SendPro P1500, SendPro P2000 and SendPro P3000.
Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000
You may need to calibrate the touchscreen if you find it does not respond to touch commands.
- Select Settings under Mailing on the Home screen.
- Select Personal from the list on the left side of the screen.
- Select Touchscreen.
- Select Calibrate.
- Perform the calibration steps on the screen:
- 10 inch display: Touch the center of each plus sign (+) as it appears. When finished, select OK to save the calibration.
- 15 inch display: Touch and hold each plus sign (+) as it is highlighted.
- Select the Home button to return to the Home screen.
