How to get a Copy of a Contract
Instructions on how to request a copy of a contract and the accompanying terms and conditions.
- Create a new email with the Subject line "Copy of Contract and Terms & Conditions"
- In the body of the email include the following:
- Contract, Account, or Customer Number (If unknown provide the number of your latest invoice)
- Company Name
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone Number
- A brief explanation of your request. This will ensure we cover all elements of your enquiry and provide any supporting documentation.
- Send the email to email@example.com
- A representative will be assigned to your request and will assist with completing your request.
