How to get a Copy of a Contract

Instructions on how to request a copy of a contract and the accompanying terms and conditions.
  1. Create a new email with the Subject line "Copy of Contract and Terms & Conditions"
  2. In the body of the email include the following:
    • Contract, Account, or Customer Number (If unknown provide the number of your latest invoice)
    • Company Name
    • Contact Name
    • Contact Phone Number
    • A brief explanation of your request. This will ensure we cover all elements of your enquiry and provide any supporting documentation.
