Missing or grayed out tape button on the Connect+ Series, SendPro P
Tape printing cannot be selected when using a Weigh On the Way (WOW) option.
Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000
Issue
The tape button is grayed out or missing.
Cause
Tape printing cannot be selected when using a Weigh On the Way (WOW) option.
Resolution
From the Run Mail screen:
- Select Weighing.
- Select any option except:
- WOW
- WOW, first piece
- Select OK.
