Issue

The Connect+ Series, SendPro P displays error codes 0311-41-00D2, 03114100CE with the message "Mailpiece jam in printer area" and does not print.

The Connect+ Series, SendPro P detected a jam.

Clear the mail path:

Open the front cover.
Open all blue-handled jam releases.
Remove all mailpieces and debris from the mail path.
Blow non-flammable canned air onto the envelope feed deck, working from the left side of the machine to the exit.
Close all blue-handled jam releases.
Close the front cover.
