Error 04184200A9 "Invalid ink cartridge is installed in spot (2) ink slot" message on the Connect+® Series, SendPro® P
This meter is configured to print with postal ink in slot 1 only. Remove the ink cartridge from slot 2.

Issue
The meter displays error 0418-42-00A9 "Invalid ink cartridge is installed in spot (2) ink slot" and does not print.
Cause
You have an unrecognized ink cartridge in slot 2.
Resolution
This meter is configured to print with postal ink in slot 1 only.
- Remove the ink cartridge from slot 2.
If you would like your system to print with both postal ink (slot 1) and black ink (slot 2), please contact us.
