Request a Copy of an Invoice or Statement
Instructions on how to request a copy of an invoice or a statement for a Pitney Bowes account.
- Create a new email with the Subject line "Copy Invoice or Statement"
- In the body of the email include the following:
- Account, Contract, or Customer Number (If unknown provide the company ABN or product serial number)
- Invoice Number(s) or Statement Date Range
- Note: Transaction amount is also helpful
- Company Name
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone Number
- Send the email to ANZ.firstname.lastname@example.org
- A representative will be assigned to your request and will assist with completing your request.
