Error E16 on the DI200 and Relay 1000
Check for obstructions in the paper path to resolve error E16.
Products affected: DI200™, Relay™ 1000
Issue
Error E16 displays and the DI200 and Relay 1000 does not run.
Cause
There is a material jam between feeder B and C.
Resolution
Check for obstructions in the paper path:
- Open jam releases E and D and remove any material.
- Close the jam releases and press Trial Piece.
