Editing custom email and SMS notifications in Smart Access Management

You can send customized email and SMS notifications to inform users when certain events occur.

You can edit customized notifications if you want to change the name, status, condition rule, schedule and the notification content.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Notifications and Templates.
  2. Select the Edit icon next to the notification you wish to edit.

  3. Enter the edits you want to make.
  4. Select Save and Close.
