New visitor workflow fields added
Vehicle Registration and Visitor Property fields are now available when configuring a visitor workflow.
Health and Safety workflow responses can now be exported
Responses captured by the Health and Safety section of a visitor workflow for Non-Disclosure Agreement fields can now be exported to a CSV file from the Visitor Activity screen. Signatures cannot be exported. When using the Visitor Activity screen to export to CSV, the workflow must be selected using the filter list.
Health and Safety document improvements
The Visitor Activity screen now allows for a copy of an approved Non-Disclosure Agreement or Instruction document to be downloaded, including the visitor’s name, signature and visit date.
Visit Time Limit workflow setting has been changed
The Visit Time Limit setting within a visitor workflow now allows a maximum value of 1440 minutes (or 24 hours).
Improvements to process for importing pre-registered visitors
When importing pre-registered visitors, the CSV file can now include the visitor’s ISD (International Subscriber Dialing) and country codes, for example 44 and GB. To utilise this feature both elements must be present in the CSV file.
Visitor name is automatically capitalised on the kiosk
When using the kiosk app to sign in, each part of the visitor’s full name is automatically capitalised (e.g. John Smith).
The pre-registered visitor import template CSV file incorrectly used UK as the country code and dd-mm-yyyy date format
This has been resolved with a backend code fix. Now the import template CSV file uses GB as the country code and dd/mm/yyyy date format.
When exporting data from the Data Management screen, the resulting CSV file name extension was incorrect
This has been resolved with a backend code fix. Now the exported file has the CSV file name extension correctly applied.
Expired documents were incorrectly displayed as with a status of Verified
This has been resolved with a backend code fix. Now, expired documents are correctly displayed with a status of Expired.
When importing a list of pre-registered visitors and setting a visitor date, Error document not found was appearing incorrectly
This has been resolved with a backend code fix. Now no error appears.
Email notifications were not sending if a comment box contained more than one line of text
This has been resolved with a backend code fix. Now email notifications send correctly if a comment box contains more than one line of text.
For customers in the Australia / New Zealand region, an error occurred when installing the SAM kiosk app
This has been resolved with a frontend code fix. Now no error occurs when installing the app.
