Signing in as a pre-registered visitor to the Smart Access Management kiosk using a QR code
If you have received a pre-registration email, you can sign into the Smart Access Management kiosk using the QR code that was sent within the email.

If you have received a pre-registration email, you can sign into the Smart Access Management kiosk using the QR code that was sent within the email.
- If necessary, sign in to the PB Companion mobile app mobile app.
- View the QR code within the pre-registration email on your mobile phone.
- Tap Sign-In/Sign-Out with QR Code on the kiosk.
- The camera activates on the kiosk. Present the QR code to the camera.
- A confirmation message appears then you return to the Home screen.
