Avoiding envelope sealing issues on the SendPro C Auto
Prevent sealing issues by having adequate sealant in the moistener tank, placing the envelope correctly on the feed deck, and maintaining the wick or brush in the moistener.
Products affected: SendPro® C Auto (7H30A, R7H30A)
Prevent sealing issues by:
- Check the level of sealant in the moistener tank. Add more if required.
- Place the stack of mail on the feed deck. Place the envelopes with the flap side facing down and the top edge against the rear wall.
- If the moistener tank is full, and your envelopes are still not sealing correctly, clean your moistener brush and wick.
- Make sure that the seal/no seal lever is set to the seal position (all the way to the left).
