Using the SendSuite Tracking Online desktop widgets to see packages processed today

The "widgets" allow you to quickly see from the SendSuite Tracking Online Home screen the number of packages for your current location.

Received today

To see the packages that have been received today:
  1. Select the Received today widget.
  2. The Packages page will open, showing all packages have been received today.

The Received today widget count resets automatically every day.

Delivered today

To see the packages that have been delivered today:
  1. Select the Delivered today widget.
  2. The Packages page will open, showing all packages have been delivered today.

The Delivered today widget count resets automatically every day.

Undelivered

To see the packages that have not yet been delivered:
  1. Select the Undelivered widget.
  2. The Packages page will open, showing all packages that have been received but not yet delivered.
Undelivered packages includes packages with Received, Attempted, Checkpoint, and Refused status. The Undelivered widget count is reduced when a package is delivered.
