"Invalid Booking Confirmation Number" when shipping FedEx in SendSuite Live

When shipping with FedEx Freight International, the error "Invalid Booking Confirmation Number" is displayed.

(A booking number is basically a reservation for the shipment.)

To get a booking number, contact FedEx at 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339). Once the booking number is received, enter it into the Booking Number field on the SendSuite® Live Shipping Page.
