How to add or modify cost centers in SendSuite Live

Learn how to add or modify cost centers in SendSuite Live.
Products affected: SendSuite® Live
To access the cost centers in SendSuite® Live:
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Select the SendSuite Live Administration Login link.
  3. In version 6.14 and above, select the Billing Codes tab and select the Cost Centers link on the left side of the page.
  4. In version 6.13 and below, select the Postal Meters tab and select the Cost Centers link on the left side of the page.
To add a new cost center:
  1. Select the Add button.
  2. Enter the name of the Cost Center.
  3. Enter a description.
  4. Enter the Cost Center Code (must be unique).
  5. Select OK.
To modify an existing cost center:
  1. Select the Cost Center you would like to modify.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Edit the relevant data.
  4. Select OK.
