Reprinting a label with the MailCenter App in SendPro Enterprise

Learn how to reprint a label with the MailCenter App in SendPro Enterprise.
Products affected: SendPro® Enterprise
  1. Click on the History tab.
  2. Enter a full or partial tracking number in the Search Tracking # field, then click Search.
    (Optional) To scroll through all viewable shipments, leave the Search Tracking # field blank and click Search.
  3. Once the desired shipment has been located, click the corresponding Printer icon in the Print column.
The information within the History tab is only stored for 1 day by default, but this can be increased up to 90 days. To request an increase, please chat with us.
