Updating the PB Shim Proxy Layer for SendSuite Live

The Shim Proxy Layer software will regularly check for updates. When a new version is available, it will prompt you to update the software.

When you are prompted to update:

1. Select Yes at the update confirmation prompt.
2. It will say that the previous version will be uninstalled. Select OK to proceed.
3. Enter the SQL Server connection details to your SendSuite Live database.
4. Select Test Connection to confirm connectivity to the database.
5. Select Next.
6. Select Uninstall.
7. When the status says Completed, select Close.
8. The updated Shim Proxy Layer software installer will start automatically. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
