Finding the Product Code Number (PCN) and serial number on your mailing system

Your meter’s serial number and Product Code Number (PCN) can be found on a silver sticker on your mailing system.

• Product Code Number (PCN), the meter model identifying number.
  • Usually referred to as the "PCN #" on the silver stickers.
• Serial Number, the identification number registered with the USPS for the postage meter license.
  •  A 7-digit number also referred to as the ‘meter number’.
  • Usually referred to as the "meter #" or "meter No" on the silver stickers.

• Your serial number (S/N) is a 7-digit number.

• Your PCN is one of these values: 2H00, 2H0R, 8H00, 8H05, 8H0R, 9H00, 9H05, 9H0R.
• Your serial number (S/N) is a 7-digit number.

Lift the scale to locate a sticker with the PCN and serial number.

Connect+ Series, SendPro P-Series

• Your PCN is one of these values: MSF1, MSF2, MSF3 MSF4, MSF5, MSF6, MS1R, MS2R, MS3R, MS4R, MS5R, MS6R.
• Your serial number is a 7-digit number.

Lift the front lid to locate stickers with the PCN and serial number.

mailstation, mailstation2

• Your PCN is one of these values: K700, K705, K7M0.
• Your serial number (meter #) is a 7-digit number.

DM100i, DM125, DM200L, DM225

• Your PCN is one of these values: P700, P705, P7L1, P7L5, PR00, PR05, PRL1, PRL5.
• Your serial number (meter #) is a 7-digit number.

DM300C, DM400C, DM450C, DM475

• Your PCN is one of these values: G900, G905, G910.
• Your serial number (meter #) is a 7-digit number.

You can also locate the serial number on the front bottom section of the meter.

SendPro 300

• Your PCN value is: PRZ0.
• Your serial number (meter No.) is a 7-digit number.

Find your PCN and serial number on the back of the meter.

DM Infinity

• Your PCN is one of these values: 1T00, 1T04, 1T05.
• Your serial number (meter #) is a 7-digit number.

SendPro MailCenter

• Your PCN is one of these values: HVF1, HVF2, HVF3.
• Your serial number is a 7-digit number.

The PCN and serial number is located on the top cover.
