"Low Battery" messages on your meter
UPDATED: April 19, 2017
"Low Battery" or "Urgent Battery Warning" messages mean your battery or your meter must be replaced. Soon, your meter will not operate. Request a replacement by creating a case.
View specific instructions by selecting your meter model:
- mailstation™, mailstation2™
- DM100i®, DM125™, DM200™, DM225™
- DM300™, DM400™, DM450™, DM475™
- For all digital mailing systems, create a case for technical support
IMPORTANT: If your battery actually expires, your postage meter will lock up. Your meter will then need to be serviced for funds reconciliation. To ensure your meter maintains functionality, immediately create a case for technical support.
