Low Battery or Urgent Battery Warning message means your battery must be replaced. Meter operation will not be possible until your battery is replaced. Request technical support by creating a case as soon as Low Battery or any battery warning message displays.
IMPORTANT: If your battery actually expires, your postage meter will lock up and secure your funds. Your meter will then need to be serviced for funds reconciliation. To ensure your meter maintains functionality, immediately create a case for technical support to begin the battery replacement process.
