Getting a refund for damaged or incorrectly printed mail in Envelope Printing on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C

Contact your device supplier to a apply for a refund if you have damaged or incorrectly printed mail.
Products affected: SendPro®  C Lite, SendPro® C (2H78, R2H78)

Once you print an impression, your device deducts the postage amount from the postage funds. This happens even if the printing is illegible. Therefore, it is important you select the correct value before printing postage.
