Making an account inactive on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C

Setting the account status to inactive prevents anyone from charging postage against it.
Products affected: SendPro®  C Lite, SendPro® C (2H78, R2H78)

Setting the account status to inactive prevents anyone from charging postage against an account.

  1. Tap Envelope Printing on the Home screen.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Preferences.

  4. Tap Manage Accounts.
  5. Tap Edit account.
  6. Tap the account you want to make inactive.
  7. Select OK.
  8. Tap Inactive.
  9. Tap OK to return to the Accounts screen.
  10. Tap the back arrow to return to the list of accounts.
  11. Tap Cancel to return to the Envelope Printing app.
