Change of Location or Billing Address

Updating the physical location or billing address of your product(s) and/or subscriptions.
  1. Create a new email with the Subject line "Change of Address"
  2. In the body of the email include the following:
    • Account, Contract, or Customer Number
      • Note: Include all account and contract numbers that require the address change
    • Company Name
    • Contact Name
    • Contact Phone Number
    • Current Address
    • New Address
  3. Send the email to anz.contactus@pb.com
  4.  A representative will be assigned to your request and will assist with completing your request.
❗ IMPORTANT: It may take up to 72hrs for the address to be updated. Invoices generated prior to the address change will reflect the old address.​​​​​​
