Change of Location or Billing Address
Updating the physical location or billing address of your product(s) and/or subscriptions.
- Create a new email with the Subject line "Change of Address"
- In the body of the email include the following:
- Account, Contract, or Customer Number
- Note: Include all account and contract numbers that require the address change
- Company Name
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone Number
- Current Address
- New Address
- Account, Contract, or Customer Number
- Send the email to anz.contactus@pb.com
- A representative will be assigned to your request and will assist with completing your request.
