How to Order Supplies

How to access the Pitney Bowes web store to conveniently place orders for all your consumables, inks, and office supplies.
Creating a Pitney Bowes webstore profile prior to ordering supplies will allow you to access your order history. If you have Pitney Bowes equipment, supplies orders can be charged to the Pitney Bowes account when it has been linked to your webstore profile. Learn how to Register.  
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Webstore. 
  2. Click Add to Cart for the items you wish to purchase.​​​​​​
    • 💡Tip: Filter by product type using the hyperlinks at the top of the page or search for a specific product using the search bar. 
  3. Click on Cart and select Checkout.
  4. Input the billing and shipping address. 
  5. Review the Order Summary and enter a Purchase Order Number if required. 
  6. Select a Payment Method.
    • Note: You will be given the option to charge the order to your Pitney Bowes account if it has been linked to your Webstore profile. 
  7. Select the checkbox to agree to terms and conditions and click Place Order
