Set up or Change Direct Debit

Instructions on how to set up Direct Debit for a Pitney Bowes Rental account.
Setting up an account for Direct Debit payments enables payments to be processed automatically. 
  • Direct Debits can only be applied to a rental agreement.
  • If you hold more than one account with Pitney Bowes, each account will require its own Direct Debit form. 

Setting up or amending  Direct Debit

  1. Download the Rental Agreement Direct Debit form. 
  2. Complete and sign the form. 
  3. Return to
