Turning on double detect on the DI200 and Relay 1000

If you get more than one insert or sheet feeding at once, enable the double detect feature.
Products affected: DI200™, Relay™ 1000

If you get more than one insert or sheet feeding at once, follow these steps to enable the double detect feature:

  1. Press Menu four times, until the screen displays Sheet DD Is Off. Change?.
  2. Press yes. The screen displays Sheet DD Is On. Change?.
  3. Press no. The screen displays Insert DD Is Off. Change?.
  4. Press yes. The screen displays Insert DD Is On. Change?.
  5. Press no until the screen displays Ready.
