Error 33 "Stream Feed: B" on the DI900, DI950, and Relay 5000-8000

Issue

The inserter displays error 33.* Stream Feed: B and does not run.

Cause

More than one piece of material fed out of tray B at the same time.

Resolution

Follow these steps to resolve this issue:

1. Remove any partially fed material from the feed trays.
2. Press Clear Deck to remove any material still in the system.
3. Fan the material to prevent items from sticking together.
4. Verify that the correct material is loaded into tray B.
   Important: To check the loading directions, select Loading Directions and Pre-Run Adjustments on the job screen.
5. Verify that the side guides are set correctly. There should be approximately 1/8th inch (3 mm) on either side of the material.
6. Unless you are manually feeding sets, ensure that the Manual Feed switch is in the down position (normal).
