Accessing emergency reports in LobbyTrac (now Smart Access Management or SAM)

LobbyTrac (now Smart Access Management or SAM) provides real-time reports of current visitors and contractors. Access your emergency reports to keep track of visitors who are accounted for and not accounted for.

Products affected: Smart Access Management® (SAM)

Watch this video or follow the steps below to learn how to access emergency reports.

Log in to the Visitor Rego portal on your computer web browser.
Select Register.
Select Emergency.
Log in again using your email and password.
Select Not Accounted.
Click the (?) to mark the person as accounted for.
