Connecting to TeamViewer for remote support in LobbyTrac (now Smart Access Management or SAM)
For remote support, connect to TeamViewer where you will be given your ID and a unique password. This will connect you with a member from the support team.

Watch this video or follow the steps below to learn how to connect to TeamViewer for remote support.
- Close the registration screen.
- From the desktop, double-click the Team Viewer icon to open the program.
- When speaking with support, provide the ID shown on the screen and the unique password for the current session.
