New Features & Enhancements
Search logic has been improved
Previously, searches were performed using a starts with logic. Now, searches use a more flexible contains logic.
For example, company name Pitney Bowes Ltd can now be found by searching for just Bowes.
Longer field titles are now supported
Previously, workflow field titles were limited to 50 characters. Now, field titles accept 250 characters.
These longer field titles can be exported to a CSV file with the exception of Instruction Upload and Non-Disclosure Agreement fields which are not exportable.
Improved view of Health and Safety instruction responses
If a visitor is prompted to respond to Health and Safety instructions via the kiosk app, the website now displays those responses in a dedicated window via the Visitor Activity page.
Country field now available for address book records
A new Country value list is now available when adding / editing Address Book records.
Company field added to search and export criteria
Search and export functionality now allows Company to be selected.
