Improvements to the Evacuation Order feature

The Start Evacuation Order? prompt within the web interface can now be closed by clicking the X icon in the top right-hand corner.

Improvements to the Upload documents kiosk and contactless / mobile screen

When signing in using the kiosk or mobile phone browser, the prompt to upload documents has been simplified for ease of use.

Improvements to the Companion app

The home screen now includes a drop-down menu which filters data by location, according to the user’s access privileges.

The Emergency button on the home screen has been renamed to Evacuation.

Issues Fixed

Pre-registered visitors were incorrectly prompted to upload documents using a QR code when the contactless feature was disabled

When the contactless feature is disabled, pre-registered visitors are no longer prompted to upload documents using a QR code, instead they must contact a SAM administrator who must upload their documents using the web interface.

Users in the New Zealand region were seeing incorrect visitor and staff counts in the Companion app

Visitor and staff counts are now displayed correctly.
