Visitor Management System

Offer pre-registered visitors and contractors a professional and efficient welcome with zero-touch site access. When users pre-register, visitor information is auto-populated at the kiosk after scanning their personal pre-printed label or an on-screen QR code.

Pre-registration & accelerated sign-in

Fast-track productivity with an intuitive kiosk experience that guides visitors step-by-step through the registration process. Access requirements – including your health and safety information – are presented clearly on a large screen with multiple language support. Once visitors agree to your terms and conditions, they’ll get a personal printed label which can be scanned to sign out when leaving your site.

Manage sites through your online portal

Manage multiple sites from a single, centralised online portal, helping you use shared site data to inform decision-making, such as optimising your workspace experiences. Create your own workflows to manage people visiting your sites. You can manage employee, visitor, and contractor certifications, authorisations and set access restrictions based on the visitor numbers, relevant documentation, and more.

Occupy unattended reception areas

The Smart Access Management system is designed for both attended and unattended reception areas. Our automated unattended function provides the same warm welcome for visitors, alerting you when they’ve arrived and when couriers are waiting to deliver a package through our secure online portal.

Monitor and report site behaviour

Quickly run real-time reports and monitor on-site behaviour – such as visitors currently on-site, time-stamped logs, and visit purpose – across multiple sites. You can also see visitor clearance data to ensure everyone is safe and their presence recorded, including COVID-19 vaccination status and contractor certifications.

Track access assets

Keep track of workspace keys, visitor labels, and other assets as and when they’re used to access and sign out of your sites. This helps you monitor any losses, late returns, unauthorised usage, and contact the last person issued.

Send and receive sms/email notifications

Get real-time SMS and email notifications when an expected visitor arrives on site, minimising host and receptionist workload. You can also set automated responses to let guests know their host has been informed of their presence, and what to do next.

Customise your workflows and branding

Create custom workflows, so you can design a process for each type of visitor to your sites. Fully customise the user experience including interface graphics, branding, registration fields, health and safety messaging, and your visitors’ ID labels.

Ensure workplace health and safety compliance

Inform visitors of potential hazards, set access restrictions, and account for everyone on-site in the event of an emergency. You can also use kiosk cameras and built-in temperature sensors to ensure all visitors are safe to enter, minimising the risk to others. When contractors sign out, they can also report any hazards directly in the kiosk. Digital records of every visit are stored in real-time in AWS (Amazon Web Services).
