How to Set Up Direct Debit

Setting up Direct Debit via your online account
Pitney Bowes will start to claim the payment 4 working days before it is due for payment. This will allow the payment to show as cleared funds on your account by the due date of your invoice.

To set up or amend a Direct Debit login to your online account profile.
  1. Sign into your Online Account profile
  2. From the Your Financials section select Billing Preferences 
  3. Select the Direct Debit tab
  4. Complete the form then select Create PDF button
  5. Save a copy of the completed PDF to your computer
  6. Email the PDF customerservicesccc@pb.com to complete your Direct Debit registration.
