Set Up, Amend or Cancel Direct Debit

How to view, amend or cancel a Direct Debit for an account.
Setting up an account for Direct Debit payment enables payments to be processed automatically. If you have more than one account, accounts must be set up individually. 

Set up or amend a direct debit. 

  1. Download the relevant mandate(s) below.
  2. Print and complete all sections of the mandate; be sure to sign, date and include Pitney Bowes Account Numbers.
  3. Return the completed form or an image of the form to direct.debit@pb.com.
 

Cancel a Direct Debit

To remove a Direct Debit from an account you will need to Create a Case.

Note: The representative assigned to your case will confirm the change via email once the details have been removed
