Invoice items explained:

  • Rental: This is the cost for renting equipment.
  • Consumable Supplies charges: Ink cartridges, toner, envelopes, and labels, as well as the amount ordered and the delivery location.
  • Service or Maintenance: For your service or maintenance cover.
  • Chargeable Service Call-out: If you don't have a service agreement or if your current agreement doesn't cover the call-out, you will be charged for service call-outs. This includes travel, labour, and parts. 
    • You will be told about any charges before the engineer comes to your location.

Note: The invoice will show the site location and the billing period.

Pitney Bowes Ireland Limited payment terms and details:

  • 30 days to pay your invoice which can be by either Direct Debit or BACS.
  • If a credit note is issued for a  transaction, it is for your records only. This should not be used as a payment against another invoice
