Issue

The screen is blank or black.

Cause

Power related issues.

Resolution

  1. Plug the power cord in. Check the wall outlet is functioning correctly
  2. Tap and release the power switch if the switch is unlit.
  3. If the display does not turn off after 30 seconds, leave the device for one hour to see if the issue resolves itself.
