Adjusting the scale location code on the SendPro C, SendPro C Auto

When you move your device to a new location or install a new scale, check the scale location code is still correct.
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro® C Auto (2H25, R2H25, 1H25C, R1H25C, R7H25C, 7H25A)

When you move your device to a new address in a different region or install a new scale, check the scale location code is still correct.

  1. Tap Settings.

  2. Tap Location & Time Zone.
  3. Check the location code is correct.

  4. Tap Apply to confirm.
