Key in postage on the SendPro C, SendPro C Auto

Use Key in Postage mode if you know the price of the mail you are sending.
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro® C Auto (2H25, R2H25, 1H25C, R1H25C, R7H25C, 7H25A)

Use Key in Postage mode if you know the price of the mail you are sending.

  1. Tap Print on Envelopes on the Home screen.
  2. Tap Print Mode (you may have to scroll down to see this).
  3. Tap Key in Postage.
  4. Tap Apply.
  5. Enter the value of the mailpiece you are sending in the postage value field.
  6. Tap the tick button to confirm the value.
  7. Place the envelope or envelopes on the feed deck. Depending on the SendPro C model you have, feed the envelopes manually or tap Start to feed the envelopes.
