Adding accounts to your online profile

Instruction on how to add additional billing accounts to your online profile.

This article is for clients that have already registered for a Pitney Bowes Online Account Profile. If you are not registered, please visit: How to Register for an Online Account.
 

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online profile
  2. On the home screen select the Profile Icon (located in the upper-right)
  3. Select Manage Accounts, all accounts registered to Your Online Account profile will display
  4. Select Add Account Number
  5. Select the option you want to use to validate the account access (Serial Number/Postal Code) 
  6. Enter the required value and select Submit
