Adding accounts to your online profile

This article is for clients that have already registered for a Pitney Bowes online account.

If you are not yet registered, learn how to create your profile or sign up a new online account.

 

Step-by-Step instructions

To add additional billing accounts to your online profile, including those for different sites, you first need to login to your online account.

You will then need to go to 'Profile' and select 'Manage Accounts'. Now you will see all accounts and equipment currently attached to your profile.

Once you ‘Add an account number’ you will be prompted to provide a further piece of information (i.e your meter/serial number). This can be found on your invoice or the back of the machine.
