- Sign In to Your Account online
- From the Your Financials section select Billing Preferences.
- Use the Bill delivery options toggle to turn paperless billing On or Off for each account.
When the Bill delivery option
is turned on for an account, you will no longer receive a paper bill. You can change your email notifications settings to receive an email when a statement or invoice is ready to view online.
Note: To see who last updated the Bill delivery options setting, select the information icon on the far right.
