Paperless Billing
Explains how to change the setting for the method in which you receive your invoices and statements
Note: To see who last updated the Bill delivery options setting, select the information icon on the far right.
How to Turn on Paperless Billing for an Account
- Sign In to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- From the Billing dropdown in the top banner select Billing Preferences.
- Use the Bill delivery options toggle to turn paperless billing On or Off for each account.
