Our flexible billing options allow you to receive invoices by post, email or both.
Turn Email Notifications On to receive PDF copies of your invoices by email. Opt in for Paperless Billing to switch to email delivery only. At least one user must be opted in to receive email notifications for Paperless Billing.

Manage your billing preferences by signing in to Your Account online. Accounts linked to your online profile can be set to receive paperless billing or paper invoices. 
1.    Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.   
2.    Select Paperless Billing & Email Notifications from the main dashboard or from the Billing menu.
3.    Use the Paperless Status slider to turn paperless billing On or Off for each account.
4.    Change the Email Notification slider to On or Off to opt in/out of receiving PDF copies of your invoices by email.
