How to Turn on Paperless Billing for an Account​​​​​​

  1. Sign In to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.   
  2. From the Billing dropdown in the top banner select  Billing Preferences.
  3. Use the Bill delivery options toggle to turn paperless billing On or Off for each account.
When the Bill delivery option is turned on for an account, you will no longer receive a paper bill. You can change your email notifications settings to receive an email when a statement or invoice is ready to view online.

Note: To see who last updated the Bill delivery options setting, select the information icon on the far right.
