You can change the physical location or billing address for your products using Your Online Account Profile, follow the steps below;
- Sign In to Your Online Account Profile
- On the home page select the profile Icon in the top right corner and choose Manage Accounts
- Locate the Account for the address you wish to update and select Change.
- Provide the new address information then select the appropriate 'Yes/No' blue boxes to update the physical location of your equipment and/or the billing address.
- After you update your address, select the "I agree to the Pitney Bowes Terms & Conditions" checkbox
- Select Next and your updated address will be displayed
- The select Confirm to update your address
NOTE: The update on your live account can take up to 72h.
