Change of Address

Updating the physical location or billing address of your product(s) and/or subscriptions.

You can change the physical location or billing address for your products using Your Online Account Profile, follow the steps below;

  1. Sign In to Pitney Bowes Your Account Online profile
  2. On the home page select the profile Icon in the top right corner and choose Manage Accounts 
  3. Scroll down to the Manage Accounts section and select Change for the required account.
  4. Provide the new address information then select the appropriate 'Yes/No' blue boxes to update the physical location of your equipment and/or the billing address.
  5. After you update your address, select  the "I agree to the Pitney Bowes Terms & Conditions" checkbox
  6. Select Next and your updated address will be displayed 
  7. Select Confirm to update your address

❗IMPORTANT: It may take up to 72hrs for your address to update. Invoices generated prior to the address change will reflect the old address.
