Change of Address

Updating the physical location or billing address of your product(s) and/or subscriptions.

Sign in to Your Account online to update the physical location or billing address of your product(s) and or subscription(s).

Change your company address

  1. Sign In to Pitney Bowes Your Account portal
  2. Select the profile Icon and click Manage Accounts
  3. Scroll down to the Manage Accounts section at the bottom of the page
  4. Select Change beside the business address

  5. Select the Yes/No sliders to update the physical location of your equipment and/or the billing address, then enter your new address details.
  6. After you update your address, select the I agree to the Pitney Bowes Terms & Conditions checkbox
  7. Select Next and your updated address will be displayed 
  8. Select Confirm to update your address

❗IMPORTANT: It may take up to 72 hours for your address to update. Invoices generated before the address change will reflect the old address.
