Change of Address

You can change the physical location or billing address for your products using Your Online Account Profile, follow the steps below;

  1. Sign In to Your Online Account Profile
  2. On the home page select the profile Icon in the top right corner and choose Manage Accounts 
  3. Locate the Account for the address you wish to update and select Change.
  4. Provide the new address information then select the appropriate 'Yes/No' blue boxes to update the physical location of your equipment and/or the billing address.
  5. After you update your address, select  the "I agree to the Pitney Bowes Terms & Conditions" checkbox
  6. Select Next and your updated address will be displayed 
  7. The select Confirm to update your address

NOTE: The update on your live account can take up to 72h.
