Sharing access to your online portal

 Sign in to Your Account to send colleagues an email invitation to set up their own profile.  They will receive access to the same accounts that you have currently, but not to your profile or other personal information.

1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
2. Select the profile menu and click Manage Accounts.
   
3. Select Invite a Colleague to an account.
4. Enter your colleague’s name and email address.
5. Your colleague will be sent an email inviting them to sign up.
