Grant a Colleague Access to the Online Portal

Invite a colleague to share your account, giving them access to the same information and online features.

Your account can be copied so multiple users can easily access it:
  1. Sign in to your Online Account 
  2. Expand the profile menu in the top right hand corner of the screen, and select Manage Accounts
  3. Select Invite a Colleague
  4. Enter your colleague’s name and email address. 
  5. Select the checkbox(es) for account(s) you wish your colleague to access, then click Submit
  6. An Invitation email is immediately sent to your colleague.
  7. Your colleague must then select the link in the email - and follow the steps to complete the registration.
