Sharing access to your online portal

Invite a colleague to share your account, giving them access to the same information and online features available on your online profile
Sign in to Your Account to invite colleagues to share access to your online portal. Your account can be copied so multiple users can easily access it.

Invite a colleague

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal
  2. Select the profile menu and click Manage Accounts

  3. Select Invite a Colleague
  4. Enter your colleague’s name and email address. 
  5. Select the checkbox(es) for account(s) you wish your colleague to access, then click Submit
  6. An Invitation email is sent to your colleague.
  7. Your colleague must select the link in the email and follow the steps to complete the registration.
