How to Register for an Online Account

When registering for Your Account online access you will need the following information: 

• Your product serial number.
• Your account number.

💡 Tip: Your product serial number is a 7 digit number located on the back of the machine. 
 

Step-by-Step instructions

1. Visit our Registration page to create your Online Account profile
2. Input your email address and account number then press Continue. 
3. Select serial number from the menu to begin the validation.
4. Enter the Meter/Serial Number and Submit. 
5. Add your contact details then select Submit to create your profile.
6. Validate your email address by selecting the link from the Authentication email that has been sent. 

• If you do not receive the email verification message, check your junk mail folder.
• If the verification process is not completed within 30 days, the account will be deleted and you will have to re-register.
