Registering for an online account

When registering for Your Account online, you will need the following information: 

• Your product serial number.
• Your account number.

💡 Tip: Your product serial number is a 7-digit number located on the back of the machine. 
 

Step-by-Step instructions

1. Open our Registration page to create your Online Account profile
2. Enter your email address and account number and press Continue. 
3. Select serial number from the menu to validate your account.
4. Enter the Meter/Serial Number and Submit. 
5. Add your contact details then select Submit to create your profile.
6. Validate your email address by selecting the link from the Authentication email that has been sent. 

• Check your junk mail folder if the verification email does not arrive.
• Your account will be deleted if you do not click the verification email within 30 days.
