Requesting a Copy of Your Contract

How to request a copy of your contract for your Pitney Bowes products.
If you require a copy of your contract and/or the accompanying terms & conditions:
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your account online portal. 
  2. Scroll down to Your Recent Support Cases and select Create a Case
  3. Choose Account Support>Contract Details
  4. Complete the form and click Submit to create your case. 

Once successfully submitted a Case Number will be displayed, you will also be sent an email confirmation with this information.  A representative will be assigned to your case and will assist with completing your request.
