Getting a copy of an invoice

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select Paperless Billing & Email Notifications from the main dashboard.
  3. Check the Paperless Status for the relevant account.

Paperless status is On

Invoices are sent by email as PDF attachments to an employee within your organisation.

If the Email Notification status is also On, you will have been receiving PDF copies of historical invoices by email.

If the Email Notification status is Off, change to ‘On’ to opt in to receiving invoices going forward.

Paperless status is Off

Invoices are sent to your organisation by post.  Check your records for copies of the relevant invoices(s).

Change the Paperless Status and Email Notification settings to On to receive PDF copies by email going forward.

Unable to locate an invoice

If you are unable to locate the invoice(s) you are looking for, use the chat bubble on the bottom right of the screen to speak to one of our advisors.
