Refunding unused postage funds

Learn how unused postage is refunded following cancellation or replacement.

As part of the cancellation or meter replacement process, any unused postage from your old meter will be refunded by An Post.  This will take place either when you withdraw the meter yourself, or when the meter is returned to Pitney Bowes.

 

  • Important: Cheque refunds from An Post may take up to 8 weeks.
