Refunding Unused Postage Funds
Information on how unused postage is refunded following cancellation.
Following cancellation of your account and after your Pitney Bowes Meter has been collected and returned to Pitney Bowes, it is decommissioned within 72 hours.
Pitney Bowes will provide the used and unused readings taken from your Pitney Bowes Meter to An Post who will issue a cheque refund for any unused postage (funds).
Please note, this may take up 8 weeks.
